Mr. Rawal is the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Olshan Properties and is responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting, finance, treasury, and management of the accounting personnel at the company.

Mr. Rawal has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Olshan Properties, Mr. Rawal was a Senior Vice President and Controller for a real estate private equity Vanbarton Group where he was responsible for investor accounting, reporting, finance, and treasury functions for the company. Prior to joining Vanbarton Group, Mr. Rawal was a Chief Financial Officer at a student housing startup where he led all aspects of accounting, corporate finance, human resources, and IT functions. Mr. Rawal has worked in different accounting and finance roles at publicly traded REITs Vornado Realty, WP Carey, and Retail Opportunity Investment Corp. He also worked in Public Accounting providing auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services, primarily to real estate investment companies.

Mr. Rawal received a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Accounting from the University of Calcutta. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
