Karyn Marasco is the Senior Vice President, Hotel Division. She began her hotel career working 19 years with Westin Hotels, in various positions throughout the United States. She then went off to Lodgian as COO where she grew the company to 140 hotels under various brands. She joined Aimco to spearhead their redevelopment initiative and create a hospitality culture. She also headed up LeMeridien in Europe and then went on to work with Highgate during their pivotal growth years. Mrs. Marasco is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
