Alex Levine is the Vice President of Residential Operations for Olshan Properties and is responsible for overseeing operations, leasing and the overall financial performance for Olshan Properties’ residential portfolio.

Mr. Levine has over 25 years of diversified experience throughout all real estate asset classes including residential and commercial with extensive experience within the NYC residential rental market. Prior to joining Olshan Properties, Mr. Levine served as Vice President of Investments for a family office owner/operator overseeing an eclectic portfolio consisting of hotels and residential properties. Previously, Mr. Levine has managed portfolios of mixed assets throughout his career in excess of $2 billion in value throughout the US.

Mr. Levine received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting  from State University of New York at Albany.
