Visibility is strong due to the property’s proximity to Interstate 64 and its corner location intersected by two busy thoroughfares, West Mercury Blvd. and Power Plant Parkway. At the time of construction in July 2007, the $20 million private investment represented the first privately financed office building in the City of Camden in over 48 years.
