THE SHOPPES AT WEBB GIN ANNOUNCES SEVERAL EXCITING NEW RETAIL TENANTS
SNELLVILLE, GA – March 2, 2017 – Olshan Properties, one of the country’s leading private owners, developers and managers of commercial real estate, today announced that three new retailers have signed leases at The Shoppes at Webb Gin.
Hollywood Feed, a well-known pet supplies chain, will open at The Shoppes at Webb Gin this summer and occupy a 4,399-square-foot-space located near Sleep Number. The retailer, which was founded in Tennessee in the 1950s, has since expanded to locations in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Their newest location at The Shoppes at Webb Gin will become their second in Georgia. Hollywood Feed offers top-shelf pet products, with unmatched service and honest value.
In addition, Smallcakes Cupcakery, a franchise chain that sells cupcakes, will soon be making The Shoppes at Webb Gin a little sweeter with the opening of its 1,452-square-foot store in the space next to The Children’s Place. Smallcakes Cupcakery, which also plans to open this spring, has more than 100 locations in the US and two locations in Dubai; the fast-growing chain is known for its gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily and small batch cupcake-infused ice cream.
Moving on to the world of high fashion, one of the world’s most well-known apparel chains, H&M, will soon occupy a 19,000-square-foot space, at The Shoppes at Webb Gin. The location will offer clothing options for the entire family, featuring collections for ladies and men, as well as a separate “store within a store” section for accessories. This location will also carry the H&M Kids collection, which is for newborns to 14 year olds. The new store will employ approximately 20 team members, and is set to open late spring 2017, and will become the thirteenth H&M store in the state of Georgia.
“The Shoppes at Webb Gin is a comprehensive open-air, mixed-use shopping destination, offering an exciting combination of specialty retailers and dining options for customers in the Atlanta metro region to enjoy,” said Andrea Olshan, CEO of Olshan Properties. “The addition of multiple new premium retailers, including H & M, demonstrates our commitment to constantly upgrading our tenant mix to best serve the needs of our patrons.”
